so naturally I had to check them out.. and naturally he was right. They are fucking sick.

Keep your collars down boys!

My favorite collar pins are the ones that look like oversized safety pins, but gold.

This is a pretty great casual example of one.  For the boys who don't know, you usually sport the collar pin under a tie.  Some have chains, some look like a barbell and some look like the example above.

Moral of the story.. Collar bars are the coolest.

TRAVEL BAG: THE GLADSTONE BAG

For all you boys who make the big bucks, this amazing (what I consider to be) overnight bag can be yours for the bargain price of $3,500!  Where did I find such a steal? J. mother-effing Crew.

Why does J.Crew have an item selling at that price point?

It's not reeeeally J.Crew.  It's a label they're carrying.  A British leather goods company by the name of Swaine Adeney Brigg.  They've been around since 1750 and their leather goods, men's furnishings and accessories are just beautiful.   Their products have been carried by royalty and leaders from around the world.   These pieces are handcrafted in their workshop in London.  It's functional fashion with history, quality and character.  You can't beat that!

This bag is classic, masculine and rich in quality.  I love the extremely structured body and by looking at the color of the leather it looks like it would age beautifully.

I'm in love.  I can only hope that I find a man who's taste would appreciate a piece like this.

MANCESSORY: THE WALLET CHAIN

The wallet chain.. It's coming back at ya and it's coming quick!
I love them.  Again, they are functional and bad ass. You just can't beat that.
In Michael Bastian's Fall 2012 Boston collection for Gant he brings back the wallet chain in pretty much every look.  It's fantastic.  I'm really excited about it.
